It is the administrative practice to make Marist Catholic High School available for student activity use as the highest priority. However, Marist Catholic High School and its administration reserve the right to grant or deny permission for use of the facilities, equipment, and fields at its sole discretion to affiliate and non-affiliate groups. In most cases, use by Marist Catholic High School student activities will have priority over affiliate and non-affiliate requests.

Rental Application Process

A minimum of two (2) weeks is required to schedule and process your request. Request for rental of gymnasium, activity center, and/or field use may be directed to the Athletic Office by calling 541-686-2902. For other facility and equipment rental, please contact Nancy Gryziec at 541-686-2234. At the time of this contact, an Initial Request for Facility/Equipment Use form will be completed in detail. This initial request does not guarantee acceptance or an agreement. If available, the date(s) and items requested for your event will be temporarily reserved on the master calendar until all documents and fees have been executed and approved.

Should your event cancel, all monies less a $100 processing fee will be returned to you upon 48-hour receipt of written cancellation notice.

Marist Catholic High School and its administration reserve the right to add or delete from these guidelines, as they deem appropriate, and without advance notice.

Requests for rentals of the gymnasium, Activity Center and/or field use should be directed to the Athletic Office by calling 541-686-2902. 

For other facility rental, such as the cafeteria or classrooms, please contact Nancy Gryziec at 541-686-2234 ext. 1502.
