The application process for incoming ninth-grade students is as follows:

1. Download the Admissions Application for United States Students. The application is in PDF format. You can get PDF help HERE. Use the links at left for international and transfer student application procedures.
    

2. Return the completed Application along with:

   • A $75.00 Non-refundable Application Fee

   • A current report card

   • Transfer students must submit a transcript.
      

3. Mail the completed Application for Admission to:

4. Transcripts can be faxed directly from your current school to Marist Catholic High School @ 541-342-6451 upon your request.
