I am now starting my 34th year teaching at Marist where I continue to teach almost complete families.
Through the years at Marist I have taught many subjects and have worn many hats. I have taught typing, cooking and yearbook. I was the assistant swim coach and did month-long, multi-country tours of Europe during the summer. I was also the head coordinator of the Mr. Spartan "Kids Helping Kids" Program for 7 years.
I have always had the best job at Marist, because I get to "play" all day long, and get to encourage my students to do the same. I am currently teaching drawing, painting, crafts and ceramics and am enjoyng full classes with energetic wonderful students.
Outside of school I do Crew and am on a competitive Masters Crew Team in which we row all year long and compete in three States. I enjoy spending time with my daughters when I can. I also love hiking, camping and fishing with my wonderful husband Dave, who is now teaching math back at Marist! (Awesome!)
