  • Stand in the G.A.P.!
At Marist, it is our goal to provide an affordable, world-class, faith-based education for every student who seeks it. To achieve this goal, Marist sets its tuition below what it actually costs to educate the student. In fact, Marist tuition remains one of the lowest in the Pacific Northwest. To further demonstrate our commitment to affordability, Marist provided over $900,000 in tuition assistance to over 42% of our students this year with an average of $4,100 per student!

How do we accomplish this? We carefully manage our costs and rely on generous contributions from our community, and people like you, to help fill the gap.

The tuition for the 2013-2014 school year is $9,635 while the true cost to educate each student is $11,500, producing a cost gap of $1,865. The G.A.P. program offers parents, family members and others in our community the opportunity to help cover the gap in tuition by making a tax-deductible contribution. This is so very important as it helps us:
•  Remain accessible to families of all economic backgrounds
•  Sustain the diversity of our academics and activities
•  Maintain small class sizes
•  Pay a fair and adequate wage to attract and retain highly qualified and dedicated teachers
