Performs a variety of complex and diverse clerical and student records maintenance work requiring independent judgment, knowledge of student records requirements, and other school-based records of a specialized nature. Compile data and assimilate information for reporting purposes. Maintains student records, grading and scheduling data on the school’s PowerSchool program.
Positions in this class are distinguished from other support/clerical classes by the primary focus of the position on the maintenance of confidential student academic, assessment, and placement records.
Reports to the Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs. Provides support to the Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs and the Counseling Department.
