Each year Marist Catholic High School's freshmen class is comprised of students from 28-38 different middle schools. It is important that freshmen are placed in the appropriate level of classes as they start their Marist experience. To ensure proper placement, Marist requires two different placement tests for entering freshmen:
The test scores are mailed home in the spring.
Test Dates for 2020
Due to COVID-19 all tests, including Math and Spanish,
have been postponed until further notice.
February 22, 8:30 a.m. (Rescheduled from 2/15)
March 7, 8:30 a.m.
Postponed: April 18, 8:30 a.m.
Students should check in by 8:15 a.m in the Marist Front Office.
The test will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and finish at approximately 11:00 a.m.
Students should bring two #2 pencils. They may bring water.
A break with snacks will be provided.
O'Hara and St. Paul students will take the placement test at their school during a school day.
