Scholarships

The Scholarship application window will open January 3, 2023. The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is February 21, 2023. If you have any questions please contact the school’s Finance Office, at 541-485-7879.

The Marist Foundation Scholarship Committee is pleased to award nearly 100 annual scholarships to new and returning Marist Catholic High School students! These awards, each ranging between $500.00 and $2,500.00, help assist Marist students and families with funding an exceptional Catholic education and student experience. Many faithful supporters have generously endowed their gifts to ensure ongoing support toward Marist excellence.

The information below is provided so you and your student can review it prior to submitting a scholarship application. At Marist, only one application is required to receive consideration for all scholarship awards. The committee will carefully review individual scholarship criteria as they determine the recipient.

Please note: a student’s application for tuition assistance and a student’s application for scholarships are completely separate entities and processes! However, because financial need is a component that we evaluate in determining whether or not to award scholarship funds, every applicant is required to apply for tuition assistance. Please complete both your tuition assistance and scholarship applications no later than February 21, 2023 to receive full consideration.

Finally, it is important that the student, not the parent(s), fill out the scholarship application. Our goal in determining awards is to gain a better understanding of the student’s commitment to his or her education, community, and faith. We strongly recommend parents review the application for accuracy before it is submitted.

Please contact Marist’s Finance Office at 541-485-7879 if you have an questions.
