Chemistry, Anatomy & Physiology
I came to Marist in 2005 after working in a small, rural high school on a temporary 1 year contract. Having attended the University of Portland for my biology degree, I felt something was missing while working in a public school. When I arrived at Marist for my interview, I could immediately tell that it was a special place. After meeting my science colleagues, I knew that this would be a wonderful environment in which to work. I currently teach Astronomy, Honors Chemistry, and Anatomy & Physiology.
I have two boys in elementary & middle school. They keep me busy with swimming lessons and trips the library. I also provide technical support for the feed store my husband and I own.
