Tripp Nelson

I became aware of Marist as a parent new to the area in search of Catholic education for my two children. I am extremely happy with the education my kids have gotten here and jumped at the chance to join the dedicated and highly-qualified staff here at Marist. Prior to joining this staff, I taught in the public schools in Nevada, Idaho and here in Oregon.

In our spare time, my wife and I enjoy spending time with our two grown children who live nearby, we
do as many outdoor activities as we can and we also enjoy sporting events, the food truck scene and our
pet dog Fritz and two cats named George and Leo.

Education: 
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, 1989 and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from the University of San Francisco, 1992.
